Can you cut Hardox to size?
Yes. Hardox is supplied cut to the sizes you need. Send a sketch or the dimensions and quantities.
Which Hardox grade do I need?
Higher numbers are harder and resist abrasion longer, but are harder to bend. Hardox 400 and 450 are common all-rounders; 500 suits heavier abrasion.
Can Hardox be welded?
Yes, with suitable consumables and, on thicker plate, preheating. Follow the manufacturer’s welding recommendations.
